What is your pet?:
Dog - Medium
Had to cut it to get over paws then it wouldn't stay in place!

Poor Value
The item, a medium, was too small, almost as small as the extra small I purchased from another site, and much more expensive. I cut the two unusable sleeves open and a friend stitched them together with velcro straps. They serve the purpose much more in this form.

great material for any dogs knees'
I purchased these for my yorkie who weighs about 6lbs. They were about the right size but I could not get them all the way up to her knees. I am looking at the other ones that Dog.com has. I did see one that had a strap that goes across her back area and is connected to 2 knee supports. This might work better for her, plus she won't be able to get them off so easy either :) Very nice quality in the material!

My dog has an ACL injury in her back leg. Can she use this on her back leg?
Lizzy F on Aug 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I used the sleeve on my dogs front and back leg, keep monitoring it, because it can get wet if dog goes outside in the morning after it rains, so use it dry
Will a compression sleeve work on the right rear leg of my large dog 90 lbs. He limps due to arthritis?

Have a pomerian with Patella luxation . Can this help his rear legs?
A shopper on May 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: My dog didn't like it, I ended up shaving his hair on his leg and using Rock Tape. Its a sports tape that works really well. Best of luck
How is this product applied? With velcro closures? Or something else?My dog has arthritis and ACL injuries in both her back legs. Would this product be helpful?
Pam H on Jan 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: There are no closures. You just stretch it and pull it up over their foot. It seems like it would give support but I do not know if it would help with an ACL. My dog had surgery for a torn ACL but I used the sleeve to cover a place on his front leg that he was licking.
do have a knee sleeve?
amypro on Jul 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I purchased an extra-large sleeve mainly for my Mastiff's enlarged ankle. The sleeve is fairly long, so it did cover her knee too. The sleeve, coupled with rimadyl, has brought her swollen ankle down. It did not seem too tight either. I would leave it on during the day and take it off at night. Hope this helps!
how do i measure for rear leg size?
A shopper on Mar 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hello, there is a pdf file available in the product description that shows where and how to measure. For the back leg it says to measure the circumference of the upper thigh (back leg) at the point where it meets the body

Hip dysplasia compression bandage?
Lora S on Apr 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi there,

According to the manufacturer's website, it does not list hip dysplasia as an intended use. In addition to the information on our website, I also found this:

COMPRESSION ASSISTS WITH:

*PAIN MANAGEMENT

*PROLONGED ACTIVITY

*QUICKER RECOVERY

* CONTROL SWELLING

* HEALING ANNOYING SORES

Hope this helps!
Can this sleeve be used on knee?
Melissa M on Jun 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't think so. I bought one for my dog to try that and it would not work. I ended up having a custom brace made for him thru my vet, by a company called OrthoPet.
