I've read the review which said it helped their dog with itchiness... or Hotspot as it was referred to as. Ingredients seems all natural so I am giving it a try. My Dog's stomach is very red.

BEST ANSWER: Yes you can it is not harmful or poisonous to them and generally after a few licks they quit it's very soothing and it works very good
