Lasts longer than any other ball.

I have a Bullmastiff and two Great Pyrenees - all three with really strong bites. They have had these balls for several months now, and have not chewed through them. A miracle! We put little Stewart Freeze Dried Beef Liver treats in them and they go nuts. Love it!

I've used these for 4+ years- he's a 100 lb heavy chewer and he's never ripped one of these apart except for the tabs at the opening which rip off easily. (biggest complaint- which is why I go through 8 a year.) He has broken teeth on bones and other toys. I put his kibble in and he works to get it out.

Is this ball soft rubber?
Ashlee J on Jun 14, 2016
Best Answer: It is soft rubber and has held up for over two years now with a Doberman, a Pit Bull as well as two Great Danes. All are heavy/aggressive chewers. Just place in dishwasher or soapy dish water to clean and ball is ready for more action. One of best buys I've made in dog toys.

do you think the large one is pit bull proof?
A shopper on Sep 22, 2014
Best Answer: I rarely put treats in mine (bought more than 3 years ago and in use daily by my 2 Australian Cattle Dogs). I love that these are tough to chew/destroy, but soft on mouths. My dogs play with these by tossing them in the air and chasing them. I also kick the balls, so dogs can fetch them. No need to pick up slobbery balls! They go a long way with little effort. Both dogs love to carry these balls and they store them in their beds when they are resting! Now I'm back for new ones, as one dog has lost hers in the horse paddock and there are now disputes over the remaining one!
