Work great for purpose
These duo cups are meant for attaching to crates when shipping puppies. You do not keep them filled when you send them off unless you first freeze the water. You must either use two separate cups or a duo one such as this and they must attach to the crate door. They are meant for you to give them a drink before sending them off and so the people at the airlines may also give them a drink at each connection. It really doesn't matter how much they hold because you can stand there for a few minutes and refill the dishes as needed until the puppy is no longer thirsty. They only get fed during shipment if a lay-over is more than 4 hours so it generally fine to fill them both with water. If you have trouble with the puppies keeping them on the door as we do--we breed Labradors and they have to play with everything, drill two holes in them on the side that connects to the door and wrap zip strips around the door as well, then they won't fall off. Not sure about other airlines, but Delta will usually give you all of the supplies that you ask for. The wonderful young lady that works at the Delta GSP cargo building, Lesli, is beyond helpful, perhaps they are at other airports as well.

Anyway, would I use these for everyday to feed and water my puppies? Of course not. But they are perfect for one day of being shipped to their new forever homes and the price is so reasonable! The crates used to always come with them, not anymore since they are now required to have metal nuts and bolts on the corners, guess that was their trade off. As one person mentioned, these are hard to find! You may want to bookmark this page!!

Great for shipping
Because you have to have a water/feed dish to ship a pup this is excellent. It is not real expensive and serves the purpose. The quality is good. It is made of heavyweight Plastic and very sturdy.

This item has a good use.
I have been showing dogs for many years and occasionally need to ship one of them somewhere. The dishes are perfect for a short use period and serve the purpose for which they are intended, which is not daily use, but to make sure your dog has a dish to eat and drink out of if it becomes necessary on his trip. They are not meant for large dogs or vigorous chewers.

Order a "Giant" crate and get a chipmunk sized water bowl
Water bowl is far too small to be of any use for a large dog

Simple item but can be hard to find.We ship puppies by air and a cup required.May only cost $2.00 but is a big deal ifdon't have one when needed. Thanks from a loyal customer.

Economical cup
The cup couldn't clip on the crate unless one scrape the hook to make it bigger. I used the cup as a container to hold water when I take the dog to the park.

One of the most difficult items to find! Use these when I am first crate training puppies and for shipping puppies. They tend to chew the tabs so need replacement bowls and these work great! Warning!! these are for small dogs only!!
