Choking Hazard
My dog loved this - until I had to take it away from him. The outer coating came off in shards and was easily a choking hazard. Not good.

This product is better on their digestive system than regular rawhide bones.
My dogs have had lots and lots of bones, rawhides, etc. because they enjoy them and I let them have some on a regular basis. My dogs barely let me get the package open before they beg for them. They quickly eat the outer layers and still enjoy the bare bone when they finish with the outer covering. Since these are much better on their digestive systems rather than regular rawhide bones, I will continue to purchase them for their special treats. The pet shop in my town is much higher per bone than this site, even with the shipping and handling.

Great Product
These really do last a while! I break these out on rainy days when I want them to keep busy and not want to go out for a while. I have a lrg golden, a very big dane mix and a cocker so I get the 4" & 8" that way they all get down around the same time. Wish there were more "rainy day" bones they liked!

My dog likes it and it actually lasts a while. My dog usually demolishes bones, but these gave her a challenge.

I thought my dog might enjoy it. She's a golden retriever, so they certainly weren't "long lasting." She disposed of each in just a few minutes. Even the larger size made no difference.

It is a long lasting chew and takes our mastiff over an hour to eat. When we buyhim other so called long lasting treats they last about 10 minutes, sometimes not even. But of course he is a mastiff and likes to chew.

My dog has fun with these. She has a little ritual that she follows. First she buries them round the house over and over for a couple of days , then she settles down to chewing them. Her eyes really lights up when she gets one. As for me, they last awhile, are safe for her to eat. and are easy on her teeth.
