Love this crate!
Absolutely in love with this crate, as a breeder. It is the best crate I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a sturdy crate with unlimited arrangement possibilities.

This product has great features
This is the second trainer that I've purchased. I like (and my dogs like)the double door accessibility. The crate is also portable - very easy to fold up to take along on vacations.

Excellent crate for a large dog
I wanted a crate where the doors didn't swing out into the room. I purchased this crate a year ago and have been thrilled. It was easy to set up, sturdy, and sits perfectly in my living room without being cumbersome by having a door that open up instead of swinging out.My puppy likes it so much he goes in on his own whenever he wants.

Very Dissapointed
I bought 3 of these crates . I would never by an ovation crate again . The hooks that are supposed to hold the front and rear panels do not stay on the bottom on all 3 crates, so I have to use zip ties to hold the crate together. Worst crates I ever bought . I will never by Ovation Again !

This crate was recommended by a friend that has two labs, she said these were the best, and the owner of a doggie day care said don't bother getting anything but a midwest crate all the others are too flimsy. Two recommendations were enough for me....

I foster litters of puppies and have long wanted to replace one of my single door crates (which I attache to their x-pen) with a double door one to make cleaning easier as well as put puppies within easy reach/ Love the lift-up second door- perfect for my application.

We are needing a larger crate for our Rhodesian Ridgeback, and the crate we have has a side door (like a garage door) and the fold away door to the top is the only one we found resembling the one we have.

I like the flexibility of the vertical sliding side door, and the door on the end. I am connecting it to an ex pen for my new puppy!

This is my second of this crate. First has worked flawlessly and the slide up side door makes it convenient for location in the family room.

This crate matches one we already have (and is for our second dog).

Light weight, colapsable and mainly due to the garage style second door.

how to fold dog crate after use?
A shopper on Jul 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hello, this is not a folding dog crate. We do have them, but this is not one of them.
Does it collapse?
Kimly A on Jun 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes it does collapse and will be delivered collapsed. When collapsed it should be approximately the same length and width and approximately 4" tall - 48Lx30Wx4H. This is a great crate and the vertical sliding door makes it worth the money.
Does the Ovation have the same heavy wire as the Ultimate Pro?
R.A. B on Oct 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I'm not familiar with the Ultimate Pro but looking at the specs, both crates list wire guage as 3,7,9,11 for all sizes. Looks like the answer is yes. Hope this helps. The Ovation model I love the best has one regular door at the end but the second door, on the side, lifts UP and folds over the top of the crate, taking up no space. Sweet.
What size crate do I need for an English Cocker Spaniel?
A shopper on Jun 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The 36" crate should do well- your dog if probably 35 pounds or less? You want the dog to have enough space to stand, to sleep, and maybe for food and water. These crate also come with a divider so you can make the space smaller if necessary. Crate train the dog gradually till it loves going into it's private space, then shut the door for brief periods at first so the dog knows freedom is right around the corner. Good luck.
