LOVE THIS LEASH, but a tad pricey
Not only did I and my family love this leash, but our puppy trainer at the Guide Dog Foundation admired it too. She asked me where to get one but I don't know if she ever did. Good quality leather, strong fittings, flexible uses. Nice long length, handy ring so you can clip a loop to put over your shoulder or through your belt. Only downside is the price, which is a little high. I bought ours on sale, so I gave 5/5 stars. If I'd paid full price I might be inclined to go with 4/5 stars.

long and strong for our obstreperous beast
Our black lab -- now 7 months old -- is a lively minx and this well-crafted leash has been great. It's longer than leashes we've had before (except the retractable), and learning to wrangle the extra length took some practice. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to keep it short for max control but then you can in a flash let it out longer to give your pup more leeway to roam. All the pieces look good, the leather is strong and well-stitched, and the little loops, especially the floating loop, have been really useful. She hasn't chewed it apart yet, but we haven't had it that long.We recently handed our dog with this leash over to a trainer and she liked it enough to ask where we'd gotten it. We are new to this dog business but she's been at it for years, so that's a more expert endorsement.

Would this work with a harness which has chest and back attachments?
A shopper

BEST ANSWER: Hi: I bought one of these when they were on sale more than a year ago. I don't see any reason why it would not work with a harness, but maybe I don't exactly understand the question. You could clip to any part of the harness as you would with a normal leash. You could even double-clip. It is a very long leash, and I thought it was AWESOME. So did our puppy trainer at the Guide Dog Foundation, FWIW. But they are not cheap. My husband lost it last winter. Left it on top of the car or something and drove away. I was very mad.

I think it would be fine with a harness. I don't use mine with a harness, but I think it would be fine. My dog pulls. If yours does too, you might really like being able to wrap it around your waist. Hope this helps.
Yes. It will attach in two places simoultaniously
