Needed to expand exercise area

We attach these to our crates to make a large play area and potty training area when our puppies are old enough to come out of the crate. I love the multiple clips it comes with to easily move and remove it from the crate or set it up alone. I also like the flip down door latch which keeps even the most energetic dog from figuring out how to open it.

I foster dogs and puppies. These pens work excellent for helping keep them contained until they are trained.
Lynette E on Feb 16, 2017
We use these exercise pens for dog shows, and we've made a play area in our back yard by stringing several sets together and reinforcing them with heavy-duty metal stakes. The play yard is movable and, compared to installed permanent fencing, relatively inexpensive.

For my daughters new puppy. We have two of these for our dogs and love them.

I purchased the pen, or what I like to call it the "play pen", to keep my puppies safe while in the house and I need to go to another room. It's wonderful! Plus, they love it.

I like how the door latches.
Anka A on Feb 22, 2016
I breed Pugs and the enclosed play yard is perfect for the new mother and puppies. This keeps the others away from the new family and provides a stress free area. This is my third play yard. I have also found it keeps the other pugs from areas in the home where they are not allowed. It is very durable and portable. It folds up to a small size which enables me to store it behind a chair when not in use.

can you buys panels to add to this?
Michelle I on Nov 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I haven't seen any individual panels to buy. All the panels are permanently connected together with crimped metal connectors, so you can't remove them, unless you destroy the connector and pull it apart permanently. It comes as one flat fence, and it has spring clips (very tiny leash type clips) that allow you to make the fence into a circle and clip the ends together. The tiny clips that are included are not very strong, and if the fence gets knocked over by large dogs playfully running into it, then the twisting fence can bend open the tiny clips. We purchased large heavy duty snap clips to use instead. Overall, we're happy with the pens. We bought several to keep our two very large puppies out of some areas of the yard and house that we were renting.
If I want a larger play area, can two of these pens be combined? If so, how would you fasten them together? Thanks.
A shopper on Feb 17, 2014
BEST ANSWER: They are not meant to come apart but If your handy with a pair of pliers, you can take these panels apart and reconfigure them as you would like. You can hook them back together with the snaps that come with it. I was very pleased with the sturdiness of it and intend to add a second one to mine.
Does this have a drop pin to lock the door, tell me more about the lock on the door please.Waht is the door lock like?
Dorothy F on Nov 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The lock has to be lifted in order to open the door. If can be open pulling up from the handle or the door itself. The door is very secure and no pets will be able to open it. The only thing is if the pets are good climbers, they can climb out of the gated area. This gate was very helpful potty training my yorkie, but she was a great climber so, as soon she was done potty trained, the gate came down.
I will definitely use this play pin in the future when having a new puppy. :) I hope this helps :).
what size would be recommended for a mini aussie?
Victoria on Nov 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It is up to you how tall you would want the caged in area to be.
