Why did you choose this?
Dog.com Store
just got a teacup Yorkie and she needed a small bed. The reviews were good on this bed.

One is for my cat, and one for my dog. My cat took over my little dog's bed, so I bought a small and a medium one for both, and they can duke it out! They both weigh the same, but the cat sleeps in a ball, and the dog sleeps on his back with all four paws in the air. The cat and dog are 10 and 7 years old, respectively, so I thought the orthopedic bed would be good for both.

My dog loves to curl up in small spaces with her chin up on something. She likes to curl up11 not spread out.

A new puppy chewed my older dog's bolster bed, I don't know what brand it was but really liked it. Going to try this one.

I was looking for something for my dogs to snuggle in.

Good reviews and the cover removes to freshen the bed. Of course it looks cozy which helped as well!

My pups like bolster beds and this one looked good and was less expensive than many others I have bought only to have them fall apart after 2-3 washings. I won't feel so bad if these do the same (although I hope they will not).

MY DOG KEPT MOVING HER BED ALL AROUND. I THOUGHT THIS BIGGER ONE (SIZED MEDIUM) WOULD BE HARDER TO MOVE. AND I WAS RIGHT
NORMA S on Nov 7, 2014
our Pomeranian keeps laying in teh litter box, despite having regular pillow dog beds available. So, in hopes that he is simply liking the "contained" feeling, am trying this bed. Most likely he will have to battle cats for it...

I have ordered this bed before, easy to clean, our shih Tzu's and English Setter all love this bed.

i have a 20 lb dog would it take med or large?
Lee C on Nov 19, 2014
BEST ANSWER: hi there. i would recommend a medium, especially if he likes to curl up like a bagel. I think a large size would be total over-kill.
Is there a zipper on the bottom to remove the foam insert before washing or does the entire bed go in the washing machine and dryer? I wish they showed more than just the front picture.
Dori H on Aug 2, 2014
BEST ANSWER: THERE ARE TWO (2) ZIPPERS AND 2 PIECES OF FOAM INSERTS. THE BED ITSELF IS I PIECE. MY MINI DACHSUND LIKED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ORDERED A SMALL AT FIRST, BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL. (NOTICE THE YORKIE IN THE PICTURE.) I THINK IT RUNS SMALL,THE MEDIUM WAS ALMOST TWICE THE SIZE AS THE SMALL. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY IT IS MADE, AND LOOKS , SEEMS PRETTY FIRM AND STRONG.. WE WILL SEE...............ONE OF THE OTHER BEDS I BOUGHT. DIDN'T HAVE INSERTS, AND IT CAME APART AY THE SEAMS AND I HAD TO PUT STUFFING BACK IN BEFORE I SEWED ITBACK TOGETHER
What size should I get for a 75-80 lb lab?
Lauren Lou on Dec 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Ive listed the dimensions below. It will determine how big your dog is not how heavy. Also try to account for how your dog usually sleeps. If he likes to sprawl out I would recommend going with the largest size

Small:
Outer Dimensions: (20” L x 17” W x 7” H)
Inner Dimensions: (12” L x 13” W)

Medium:
Outer Dimensions: (30” L x 23” W x 8” H)
Inner Dimensions: (19” L x 18” W)

Large:
Outer Dimensions: (40” L x 33” W x 9 ½” H)
Inner Dimensions: (30” L x 28” W)

X-Large:
Outer Dimensions: (50"L x 40"W x 10"H)
Inner Dimensions: (38"L x 34"H)
What size would you recommend for a 25 pound pug? He is 10 1/2 years old and likes to curl up but his hips have been bothering him. Thanks!
