The collar is very visible at night and we We like it as it helps us keep track of our Golden Retriever in the dark. This is what we bought it for. However it is very stiff and adjusting it shorter is hard and makes it very thick and stiff. Im not sure how it would work for a smaller dog particularly when it needed sized down.
