I have had a bed like the ones I purchased for several years ,my schnauzer ripped all his other beds playing with them, but not this. recently bought home a schnauzer , she has ripped two beds already, I have been searching for this bed , I thought they were no longer available, very grateful to have found them again. Highly recommend this bed.

Shipping weight on small size shows 2 pounds - a medium jumps to 33 pounds and a large shows shipping weight of 60 pounds ! Is this just a typo ? 60 pounds I can't move ...
A shopper on Mar 25, 2014
Best Answer: I have all three sizes. 2 lbs sounds about right for the small. The medium is maybe 5 lbs, but no more than 10 lbs, and the large is probably between 8-13 lbs. Nowhere near 60 lbs! It must be a typo. Really nice beds too. My dogs are rough, and these have really held up, although the covers aren't worth the money. I just buy blankets to put in them.

is this a good bed for dogs weighing 65 & 70 lbs?
A shopper on May 12, 2015
Best Answer: Yes, I would say so. I have a very small English bulldog, 45 lbs, and he doesn't take up half. I expected him to be larger. I have a 75 pound lab that could curl up in it easy. I recommend the long cover also because it actually is long enough to fit under the edge and holds perfectly with no slipping. I do put the pad under instead of over for easier washing. Hope this helps.

Did your lg size dog crack the plastic yet? Six mths in crack? Does the faux sheepskin liner keep falling off every time the dog gets in?
A shopper on Feb 18, 2014
Best Answer: No cracks. Beds are still solid, no signs of weak spots even with my dogs hangng heads and paws over the edge. No problems with the sheepskin liner unless I went fast and did a bad job of getting it on securely after cleaning. So easy to just throw in the wash. The honey comb liner tends to ride up the sides and get lose though. Hope that helps! I love the beds, won't be wasting money on $60 foam ones that fall apart every year anymore!
