These are great collars!!! The only problem is that we ordered the 22in collar for our 115lbs newf with a 22in neck and it was way too big. My suggestion is to order the next size down...or even two sizes smaller than you think you need.

Overall a pretty basic prong collar, but the chain section on this one is significantly longer than most others Ive seen. It makes putting it on and taking it off over the head easier and safer, but technically youre not supposed to do it that way. Note: you cant take it apart to open it up without removing 2 of the black plastic tips so there isnt a good option other than sliding it over the head or leaving 2 tips off. The long chain also adds a lot of hanging weight so if your dog is allowed to walk on either side of you it can cause some tangling of the leash as it makes the leash hang low and can get caught below their tail at least on tall dogs or on obstacles. Also, I have noticed that this collar has a tendency to flip insideout prongs facing away from dog, probably because of the extra long chain section allowing it to droop and spin around.

We had to send ours back to get a smaller size. Other than that, we love the prong collar. It is rubber tipped so we know we're not hurting the dog or pulling his hair. Our dog relaxes when we put the collar on him because it lets him know we're taking the Alpha position on our walk. I won't leave it on him in the yard because he got his collar caught on a bush one time. This is a great product for a great price.
