Rated 5 out of 5 by taste of the wild goes urban My puppy enjoyed the wetlands flavor, but we didn't like the smell of his farts! they would clear the room. we have switched to the pacific flavor and he enjoys that as well. His farts have subsided and we have harmony at home now. February 19, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dogs are thriving on this food I began feeding my 2 dogs Taste of the Wild nearly a year ago, when they were about 12 weeks old. After trying all three blends I settled on the Pacific blend. Some flatulence problems were noted with the beef and poultry blends, but I think it had to do with the higher protein content vs. the salmon (32% vs. 25%). The dogs are doing well on this food: shiny coats and eyes, lots of energy, and they never turn up their noises, so I think they like the taste. I add warm water on occasion to make "gravy" and they bolt it down like they haven't been fed in days. I would recommend this food to anyone looking for very good quality at a decent price.
