We're on month 8 so needed to switch to a fresh one. This is my third collar and I am very satisfied with my pet being flea and tick free. It really works!

Two vets recommended this collar as a safe flea and tick treatment for my seizure prone dog.

Have been using Advantix II. Hoping this will work as well or better, without side effects, and spare the dogs my forgetting to get the drops on timely.
Katherine W on Jul 26, 2015
We have been using Seresto on our dog for a number of years because it really works. When we used the spot applicators, we still found ticks on her. With Seresto, we rarely if ever find any ticks on her. Plus it doesn't irritate her skin.
LEANNE P on May 29, 2015
Does it repel ticks? Or does it kill ticks? It's a collar right?
Melinda R on Apr 20, 2014
Best Answer: I'm not sure if it kills ticks or not. I live in town and have never had a tick problem, just lots of fleas. Occasionally I have taken my dogs to a friend's house out in the country (tall grass and woods)and they never brought back any ticks. This friend uses the Seresto collars and states "when placed on a tick infested dog, the ticks fall off within 3 days and don't return as long as the collar is worn and replaced as directed." Since my pets have been wearing the seresto collars we have not seen any fleas or ticks on pets or in the house. We haven't seen any outside, either, but we don't look for them out there. We've been very satisfied with this product. Cat collars, too. I wish the cat collars had an elastic portion so the cat could get out of the collar if it got hung up on something.
