Rated 4 out of 5 by was pleasantly surprised with the Hill's® Science Diet® Senior 11+ Age Defying? Cat Food. We have a 17 year old cat, and 2, 5 month old cats. Our 17 year old normally eats Evolve because of tummy problems, but he seemed to really enjoy Science Diet and had no health problems at all. September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by I've been feeding the Hills Science Diet Senior +11 age defying food for only a few days, but Taffy already is acting younger. She is showing more energy when playing (jumping more, following the toy more alertly) and likes the taste of the food. Taffy is starting to make my two younger cats (7 and 3) look lazy. They both wanted to try the food and liked it too. The small size of the kibble is easy for Taffy to eat (not like some of the other foods available) - but has enough of the crunch she likes with dry food. September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by My Maine Coon cat Monkey is a picky eater. Now that she's older its worse and her coat had lost some of its luster so I new I had to find a great nutritional food for her. What I now found was Hills Science Diet. Now my Monkey has her pep back and she's looking good. September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by It took about a week of feeding my cat Science Diet Senior before I started noticing signs in my older cat. She is definitely more active and alert. She displays playfulness than she has in a long time. Science Diet Senior has worked wonders on her physically and in her disposition. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by I bought this product as soon as I received my packet and seeing as how Zena is over 11 yrs old,she asbolutely LOVED it. I have to feed her separate because of the other cats who are only 3 yrs old. I have a couple of friends that have older cats also and I gave them some coupons and they said that they would definitely try it and let me know if their cats like it or not. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My 18 year old cat loves this food! She is getting a bit picky in her old age and will let me know when she doesn't like something. The size of the pieces were perfect for her and it was highly digestible - no tummy trouble after eating which sometimes happens with new food. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by I was so shocked that both my cats(17 & 12) gobbled up the food as soon as it hit the bowl. They never really get that excited for their food anymore and normally just graze. I have only fed them a few times with the new food so far but from what I can tell it seems like already they have been given a little boost in their energy levels. I can't wait to see more changes in their activity as they continue to eat this. I mentioned to a good friend of mine who also has 3 older cats and told her how already the 2 of mine have gotten a bit more energy and really seem to enjoy the taste of the food. I think the smaller bits are easier to chew and easier to digest as well. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by While I thought our oldest cat was at least 11, my daughter corrected me last night after we received our Bzzzkit. She's only 8! We'll still try out the food and pass out the coupons to others, hopefully she'll like it! September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by My cat is 12 and very fussy. This science diet cat food she loves her fur looks and feels better. I plan to buy this cat food all the time and tell my friends and family what a great product for older cats. Many pet stores in my area that carry this food, so it is easy to purchase locally. Rated 4 out of 5 by I picked up the Science Diet Senior 11+ Age Defying cat food last week, and my baby is in love. She has always been a picky eater, but doesn't seem to have that problem with this food. Even after only a week and a half, I'm noticing that her coat is shinier and she's a little more playful. She's going to be 13 this spring, so anything that I can do to keep her healthy and happy is a small price to pay. I will definitely keep feeding her Senior 11+ Age Defying food. Thanks! Rated 3 out of 5 by So we are trying to transition the cat over - and it is going slower than expected...he picks around the new food so far. On a good note, our chihuahua TRIES to eat it... We will keep trying. :) September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by When notified that I was accepted in this bzzagent campaign, I purchased some Science Diet® Senior 11+ Age Defying? cat food and mixed it with the regular dry food for my cats. I put it out and they love it! Yesturday I received my bzz kit so I will be buying more food and will continue the feeding plan. The dry food pieces are smaller than normal so they are easy for the older cats to eat. So far so good! September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far I am still in transition from the old cat food to the new cat food. As most of you know it can take a bit of time. So far, my cats (3) have not had any reaction to the newly introduced food. This is a very good sign as just the littlest thing can cause problems. I have been Bzzing to friends and family about the changes in food. They are all interested in how it goes. I have told them I am a Bzz Agent and that is where I got the sample. I told them that since my cats were 14 yrs old, they needed a better approach to aging and that I was hoping this cat food diet would help them. We will see. September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Went to the pet store in my area and got my free sample of the Hill's Science Diet Senior 11+ cat food. When I went to feed my cats the food I mixed it with there current stuff and they did not see any difference. By the third day I gave them 90% Senior and 10% the old food and they loved it even more than the current food they were eating. Even though the food is more expensive than what my cats currently eat I will buy it as a treat for them. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by We are still in the first week of the Hill's Science Diet Senior formula 11+, and Claudia, my cat, is loving it. I have given two coupons away to my fellow cat lovers and they have already purchased! Claudia was having a wonderful time chasing, and catching, flies and moths last night.....she is getting a little spring in her step....and she isn't sleeping as much during the afternoon....This is really making all of us smile.... Rated 5 out of 5 by When I tried the Hill's cat food for older cats, I could really see a change in my cats' behaviors. They were more active in playing again and wanting attention. Their coats were softer and their BM's weren't as smelly! September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My cat loves the Hills Science Diet for Aging Cats. I've noticed that she seems to be more interested in eating, for sure. I'm waiting to see if there's a difference in her coat and energy level, but we haven't been using it long enough to see yet. I highly recommend this for your older felines !! September 1, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by I have 2 elderly cats. Both are about 18 years old. I was very satisfied with how well my cats ate the food & their ability to keep it down (they have issues with puking from their age). This is a brand that I can see myself buying again for them. September 1, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by My cat is a finicky eater and does not seem to like the food yet. Maybe after he has had it awhile he'll eat it better. My kittens like it better than he does, but they aren't suppose to eat it, they're still on Kitten Food. September 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by I got my Hill's Science Diet Age Defying bag of food four days ago and my cat is really loving it. I am very impressed with the ingredients and she obviously loves the taste and the fact that the kibble is small is great for her too. The only downside thus far is that there is corn in this food. My vet has told me that corn shouldn't be in the first three ingredients of pet food. September 1, 2011
