This item is nice looking but the locks don't work well and are very, very, very hard to operate. The first one we had, we couldn't get one of the locks to snap into place, so the side wouldn't stay up. It took a lot of work, but we got it replaced by the manufacturer. The replacement was just as bad. The locks worked setting it up, but when we tried to release the locks to fold it for travel, they WOULD NOT release. It was the most frustrating thing to deal with. Definitely not a "pack and go" type pen. Our puppy also chewed right through the mesh on two sides. The puppy is a miniatures schnauzer who is definitely a power chewer, so I can't necessarily fault the pen, but it wasn't durable. Overall, I was very disappointed with the pen, especially for the cost and frustration that it is not easy to open and close as they lead you to believe.

MY DACHSHUND JEST HAD BACK SURGERY!. HE MUST STAY IN A SMALL AREA. HIS DR. SAID THIS WAS PERFECT FOR STRETCH. I LOVE IT. IT IS THE RIGHT HEIGHT TO PUT HIM DOWN AND THE ZIPPER DOOR I CAN HELP HIM WALK OUT. THANK YOU!

I set this up 3 times, and it was no easy feat putting it up or putting it back in the carry bag once I got it down. The 3rd time I set it up, one of the ends would not click in place. I was at a dog trial, and luckily it was indoors and we were against a wall, so I put the end that was sagging against the wall. I tried off and on for two days to get that end to click shut, but nothing doing. Good idea, but this product was not a quality product.

I recently brough this play pen for my 8 month old yorkie! But the problem that I am having is he want stay in the play pen he jumps over the top! It is a great play pen but cant use it because dog want stay in! Is their anything we can put at the top to keep him from coming out or any suggestion to this matter

I bought the large size for my two little chihuahuas, just so they'd have a little extra room. It's very well made, you can easily take it from room to room. I don't pen my dogs up much, but this is nice for when I have to leave the house for a few hours.

I have owned one of these for 2 years and it perfect! It is sturdy well constructed and very protable. My baby sleeps in it ever night. It is her spot and she just loves it. Easy to clean. Easy to take up and down if needed. You really can not go wrong.

I used to be against crate training but this changed my mind. I leave mine in the living room all the time. My dog loves it and it is a safety haven for her. She travels in it too., one of the best investments yet!!!

We bought this for our border collie puppy. Its very easy to collapse and take with you, which is wonderful for traveling, staying in motels, or just keeping your dog safe. It makes a great play pen, and the dog is comfortable because he can see all around. Our pup loves it and still would rather sleep in it than in bed with us. The large size easily accomodates a pet bed inside.

I love this product. Ive used it as a whelping box for several litters and it works great for small dogs. Also, you can leave the door partly unzipped so Mom can get out but pups cant.

I love this,I didnt buy mine a Dog.com,But unstead I payed $90 for a med. sized one at another store,But this product is GreaT!its great for welping bitches,& weaning pups!You Can Close or open the windows & This is a great deal!if you need to go some were fold it up & stick it in the TRunK!

I was definitely skeptical about what this was going to be like when I got it. I had already purchased and returned something else (from another store). I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the quality and the design which was clearly well thought out. I have a 12-week-old Pomeranian and this will work great for him at home and when I go visiting. It's a nice size and does set up and break down easily. Also cleans easily. I was hoping to read more reviews before I purchased it but this must be really new. That's why I wanted to be sure to rate it...to help others. If you are considering this item I would encourage you to get it. It is a lot nicer than anything else I came across in my research. I think you will be impressed as I was.
