Not really adjustable, 5/18/2011

I ordered two of the large size for my dogs. When they arrived I was upset to find that once I adjusted them to fit, the name and phone number was no longer visible. I ordered the next smaller size thinking I could extend them all the way but they were too small. Now I am stuck with four collars because they told me that personalized items cannot be returned. Unless your dog can wear the collar at its largest DO NOT order this collar as you will not see the information on it. I am VERY disappointed that the company did not state this in the product description and will not allow me to return the first set I ordered.
