Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product For The Price I purchased several of these collars for my medium sized dogs. They worked GREAT. They fit nicely and stayed hooked up, and hold their color. I have had on my dogs now for over a year. I have even hooked them to a chain from time to time in them while on vacation with NO issues. In reference to the lady with the Rottie who had a bad experience with these collars. She has a VERY powerful breed of dog that obviously needs a VERY powerful collar. Esp if a chain starts ripping the flesh of her dogs neck from pulling so hard.Crazy sad. Time for a 2" wide, thick, reinforced leather collar on that one. Just sayin January 28, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Defective or weak made I really thought when I bought the first 2 collars they did a good job but just didn't last long - I then ordered 2 more , one lasted about a month and quick as we put the second one on our Rottie she totally snapped it the same day !!!! The collars are 1 inch wide and 24 - 26 inches long . They are the Latigo collars !!!! We had no choice but to put her on a chain around her neck - OMG the chain cut into her neck deep , now we are having to treat and doctor her wounds - I wish you all could give me some kind of a discount on a better collar that you may have in stock . I don't know what kind of collars are the best to hold her , if it wasn't for our scardy cat neighbor we could let her run . All of our other neighbors w/none are very close , just love her to death ,she is just a big 4 yr.old big baby,has NEVER bit anyone .Our 4 1/2 yr.old great-grandson wools her all the time !!!! Please try to help us , we ( my husband & I both are disable and on a fixed income . Thank you so much , Barbie October 9, 2012

Only replacing because the collar has stretched out too much and he could accidentally slip out. Wouldn't have happened if my guy wasn't a leash puller but what can you do. Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice collar I actually got the collar for my cat. Break away cat collars would irritate the skin around her neck and make her hair fall out. Not mentioning her teeth would get stuck on the rubber connecting the two parts of the collar, causing injuries. This collar is nice and soft, doesn't irritate the skin. My cat hasn't tried to take this one off yet and seems very comfortable with it. I'm pretty happy with this purchase. December 11, 2010
