This is an excellent option for those with pets who are well behaved in a crate. My corgi loves it, I like it because it is so easy to pack. Not necessarily for pets who are not happy in crates or have not been trained to behave quietly while crated- but then no soft sided crate is appropriate for those types of pets either. I would definitely recommend it for those whose pets rest quietly while crated and have no separation anxiety issues.

I was really excited about buying this product because of the savings compared to other travel-like crates. When I got it, I put it together and tried my dog in it- she fit beautifully. I bought the product because I was going to MA for a long weekend with my 10-month old Lab and needed somewhere to put her at night and when we werent around. The first night was ok because she managed to tip it over, but by the 2nd night, it was non-existant. Because she could tip it over, she was also able to add stress to the wooden poles that erect it, thus making 2 of them break and creating a sack-like crate. She then was able to chew through one side due to its lack of taughtness on all sides and now the tent is in the trash! I spent $43 with shipping and handling and was able to really appreciate the tent for a total of 24hrs without problems. I dont recommend this tent for anyone, even for small dogs because it tips over and because the poles break. I wish I couldve forseen this and spent an extra $60 for something more sturdy, but even then, Im now willing to just tie my dog to a pole and clear an area around it so she wont get into anything, or use a baby gate which is much cheaper than the tent.
