These are just delightful. From the outside, the fabric has a cotton-like appearance, and on the inside is the polartec fleece that is standard in many types of winter outdoor clothing. They are very cozy and something you'll be tempted to wear all day, such as with a sweater or jacket even when not at the barn. They fit more like pull-on thick tights, despite being called "breeches." The cut is great and the material has a lot of stretch. If you want them to fit like other Irideon tights, I recommend going up a size. They are about twice as much as the other winter tights, but worth it in quality and cut. The only time I'd recommend the Devon-Aire power fleece breeches is if wind is a major concern. These Irideon tights don't seem particularly wind proof, while the Devon-Aires do.
