how do sizes run? I have a charpea
pam b on Aug 3, 2016
Best Answer: I got a size 3 for my Catahoula/Pit/Greyhound mix. She has a longer nose than a standard pit (because of the greyhound in her) and her snout is fatter at you get to her cheeks. The size 3 fit snug and was adjustable enough to fit her comfortably. For her I would say sizes are "true to size". For your dog I would probably recommend the size 4 because of the fatter snout. Hope this helps!

Can the dog pant and drink while wearing?
A shopper on Apr 15, 2016
Best Answer: We have an aggressive Yorkie that we only use to bathe her. Yes they can paint and drink water if you don't buy it too tight mine can't even bite.

I suggest if you're going to leave a muzzle on the dog very long you get a box muzzle so they can breathe better. I don't know what your situation is.

Does this muzzle allow for drinking & panting?
Summer F on Apr 12, 2014
Best Answer: Depending on how tight it is on your dog panting should be possible. But drinking would not be or it is too loose.
