This martingdale style collar gets a modern update with ECO webbing and packaging. Used with a leash or with your hand, the ECO Martingale Collar tightens to give greater control and reduces the risk of a dog “backing out” and escaping. Because it offers limited closure, it’s safer than a traditional choke collar. Wonderful for use in training classes, on walks or around the home.

Sizing Information: The Martingale Collar is sized differently than other collars. The measurement is taken from around the top of the neck behind the dog’s ears. This looser fit provides firm control yet reduces matting and bald spots, and allows for seasonal coat changes.

Problem with quality, 1/6/2011

I bought 13 collars for our shelter dogs. This my favorite style however the collars stretch and do not hold their size. I have had the dogs slip out of the collars.

This is an great collar for training puppies and older dogs alike. I breed Portugese Water Dogs that do not wear collars everyday. This collar is easy to put on and use at a moments notice. I would recommmend this product to anyone.

I just love this collar! It gives me better control than any other collar I have used. I have an 80lb German Shepard and he is a puller. He has learned to hold his horses now with this color. Just a quick jirk release and he quits pulling so hard.
