For my small Yorkie these are great, because he loves to chase balls - 24/7. Yes a larger dog could bite through these fairly easy but these bounce (not high) but they DO bounce and they last about 2-4 weeks (my dog likes to chew the fibres off lol).

I have an english mastiff. I can't throw balls very well, so I bought a tennis racket, golf club, and metal bat to get them out there to him. They are very durable with these sports items mentioned. They don't break! I bought LOTS of them to do this with. It is fun for all of us! For the small price you pay for them, it is very affordable to be able to buy many, and have fun! I haven't been able to beat the price anywhere. Yes, if the dog concentrates on one ball, he can chew and break it, but with all of the activity of so many, he doesn't bother chewing them. He loves having so many in his play yard, and the time spent with him sending it out to him with the sports items! Why spend a fortune on a "few" balls, when you could get so many more this way, which makes your dog less likely to concentrate on "one" ball to chew it! Buy a bunch of them! For 20 bucks, you could get 60 balls!!!

These tennis balls look like great quality and they look like a dog would love them. All though you can't rate something by looks or pictures. So I might try these on my new puppy when he is a little older because the quality is only three so I dont want some of the fluffyfur stuff to come off and make my puppy curious. Thanks for your time.
Haley

You'd be better off spending the $ for real tennis balls. These don't bounce. My Shepherd pup split them in half in no time.

These dont seem to have the rubber in them that make regular tennis balls bounce. If you throw it on the floor, it doesnt bounce back. Plus,my dogs have been able to rip them apart better than a regular tennis ball. They are okay for the price, but not recommended if you want them to bounce or if you have a dog who tries to destroy their toys.
