Seams Split , 3/26/2011

I have had two of these and each time the seams split and when I tried to get help from dog.com they told me to contact the manufacturer to get a refund and I believe that dog.com should have taken it back as I did not save who the mfg was to ship it back to and it was just a run around to return with their warranty. The sheets never fit the bed either. Bought three of them and they all were too small. I typed the GREAT review prior to the beds leaking all over the floor each time.

Double duty Bed!, 7/30/2009

I bought this bed to help keep my Shih Tzu cool as he stays warm. I placed it in his crate and my Yorkie that has arthritis in her back leg/knee, ran into the crate. Now they both sleep in the same crate. He stays cool and she has not limped or hopped since sleeping on this bed. No leaks and vinyl like exterior, so its easy to wipe clean. I would definately reccommend this bed!

I have two labs and I only bought one to see if it really worked or if they would like it. They not only love it they both sit on the one together. I put mine near one of the air conditioning vents and in the corner by the doorwall and they love to lay on it and look outside. Most importantly, they love this bed.

I had one of these for my dogs who enjoyed it. However, I spent a good amount on this bed and after less than a year, it has a hole and leaked on my floor!

Cool Bed III, 9/1/2007

I have spent a small fortune on dog beds for my oldest dog and this is the first bed she has used!!! She has even left the bedroom where eveyone else is asleep to go lay on her Cool Bed III, so Im buying her another one! It doesnt seem that cool to the touch at first, but gets quite cool when you lay across it. Im so glad that, after 11 12 years, I finally found a bed she would like!!

We owned the original cool bed..It worked! until a new puppy chewed on it! Cool Bed III is not cool....It is not working, it is not cool...It feels like room temperature plastic.....
