Not safe, 12/12/2007

I bought two of these for my cats, who have worn other collars just fine, and both of them had severe panic attacks, desperately trying to get them off. Both cats got the collars stuck in their mouths and then tore their thumb claws trying to snap it off. Blood everywhere! I thought these were supposed to snap off for safety!

My young cockapoo when I got her had the smallest neck.I could not find any collars to fit her, so i found this collar and the price was good and my puppy Brizzard didnt chew it all up!
