Our coffee bean burlap is hydrocarbon free and stamped in the country of origin with vegetable-based, food-grade dyes. We stuff our pet beds with super-soft polyfill, recycled from plastic bottles.
The natural fibers used to make these Burly Joe pet beds hail from the far corners of the world. Rugged burlap sacks arrive at US coffee roasters, brimming with coffee beans, and bearing stamps from the places they’re grown and harvested – like Brazil, Costa Rica and Hawaii.
We handcraft each bed in our South Carolina plant. Burly Joe pet beds are attitude-designed for discriminating fur kids and their eco-sensitive owners.

Burly Joe pet beds are odor-resistant and fully washable. No zipper to mess with. No need to launder a separate cover. Just toss the entire bed into the washer. Launder on “warm” with gentle detergent. With subsequent washings, your Burly Joe pet bed will get softer and snugglier.
