This is most adorable! Its high quality fabric, fully lined. My puppy shakes the hat off after a short while, and I cant figure out a way to fasten it on so that he cant do that. This outfit garners smiles, laughs and compliments. I turn up the sleeves to expose a bit of the striped lining. The size Medium coat fits my 12.5 pound, 12 inch neck to tail yorkie generously. It is not snug around the belly. Only downside is very odd no opening for a lead. I thought about cutting one in, but it would be a pain to sew. Instead, I put a harness underneath, attached the lead and ran the lead through one of the sleeves. It works perfectly. Well-priced for the fashion and quality. Would be 5-star if it had an opening for the lead.
