Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Product I received this tower a few days ago. I put it together with relative ease. My only complaint with the assembly and the overall quality is that one of the sisal connectors had a bad thread pattern in the nut and therefore the bolt wouldn't screw into it. Luckily, it was on the platform that sits right below the rope and itsn't an essential piece of the tower. I plan to try to use some hot glue to hold it down. For cat furniture, this piece is pretty neutral, which I liked. It is a light cream fleece combined with the light tan color of the sisal wrapped posts. Should blend in well with most decor. If you're not a fan of the traditional carpet towers, then this should be a good fit. The downside to the fleece however, is that it is going to attract alot of cat hair and I will probably be linting it off 1-2 times a week. Cat approval is mixed. 5 year old male can't get enough of the thing, thinks it's great. Has even taken to sleeping on it. 6 year female has used it some, but isn't overly excited about it either. I placed it under a high window, making the top perch the perfect place for the cats to be able to look outside. Price seems reasonable compared to other towers and the big pet retail chains. Seems like a good buy so far. December 6, 2011
